Current? More or less.... Fipronil is excellent, and there are several others now. I think switching active ingredients works well, especially if there have been several attempts, or if it's a severe infestation.

Often, with severe infestations, we'll use conventional spray/aerosol techniques to knock down populations quicker, and then follow up with baits. You do have to use aerosols wisely, you CAN scatter roaches to other places where they haven't been, if you're not careful. We will also use growth regulators in a case like this too.
