Those are field crickets, and they come in from the outside. Make sure all the leaf litter is cleaned up around the outside, also the grass should be trimmed - that will help. We generally use a combination of sprays (inside & outside) and oftentimes a bait.

If you get an exterminator for your roach problem, he shoud do the crickets at the same time. We don't normally charge any more for both.

As far as which exterminator, unless you already have one, try Derek Benson. He's on my good guys page and he's in South River. See if he comes to your area and tell him that John from United sent you. It would also be nice to show him a sample when he comes.
