They could BOTH be right - or wrong. I would go with the cheapest and ask what follow-up treatments will cost, if necessary. Silverfish have a long lifespan, and you may need follow up treatments sometime in the future.

Remember, exterminating is an EXPERTISE- so every exterminator will have his own program. Look for someone that will help you in the future without ripping you off. Stay away from the biggies or any company with salesmen.
