Hi John,

I hopped to other board :) You are really doing a service to everyone by having boards like this. Thank you.

Is there a good general use spray or powder that a homeowner could use on the outside of a home that would keep garden bugs from getting in? Over the years I used the commonly used ones from HD and the pellets in the springtime for mole crickets. I have lived in this house since 1981. When, if, a problem got bad, I called an exterminator (Cavanaughs)and they spray. What's your suggestion for a good store bought spray for homeowners? PS I see parts the wooden yard fence crumbling prematurely. I hit it with the Othro carpenter ant and termite spray - probably wasted my time.
