Surbases, moldings and the edges of rugs are prime BB spots, I'm sure the operator knows this and has treated there.

Ask him if he'll change the chemicals around. The protocols for BB treatments are constantly changing. difficult, sometimes, to keep up with. I have an exterminator friend that did 1600 separate BB jobs last year and I know he's constantly updating his procedures.
