Posted by Paula on 21:18:23 7/17/2010 from 174.124.36.166:Over the past years I have every once in a while came across a black beetle bug small like 1/8 inch dead upside down in in the cupboard in say a bowl or pan i dont use often. It is mostly black with a tanish orangish thicker spot on its back. Recently i found little larvaea little longer in size darker brown with like little hairs on them in my silverware drawer, next to the baseboards and under a rug close the the underside of the kitchen cabinet, and in my towel drawer in the kitchen. I would assume the larva turn to these bugs i also found some "shells"I searched all my food boxes and packages and discarded a lot of it out of fear. I never seen any bugs in any of it. Please help me to figure out what i need to do to get rid of these little critters. I am afraid of bugs and i have been just in complete disgust. I live in an older home and have old wooden cupboards, i also have a partial dirt basement.
