Might be possible for you to secure some bird netting around the window or air condition to exclude them. Depends on the structure, but this would be the only secure way to seal them out without removing the AC. The netting lets in the air without letting in the bats. Make sure the netting has a half inch mesh.

Make sure you hose out those areas, there's always a danger of bird mites and/or bat bugs. Bat bugs are bed bugs, but from bats. They are just a difficult to eradicate as bed bugs.
