I think I have large numpers of mice getting into the attic. Tried baiting but it caused bad odor in house below.
I cemented up one opening into the house that stopped them from getting into the house but have on occasion heard them climbing inside an inside wall. I have searched all around the fairly new house and have holes in the ground below grade but there's no way they can get through the block wall. Holes are likely from chipmonks and I do bait the holes. I need a "trick" that will help me find where they are getting in. We are away in the Ohio winter and the mice have "tossed" or "churned up" insulation all over the attic.
