There are very few houses, of any type, that mice won't eventually get into. If you have an attached garage, it's a certainty. Mice can get in any hole they can stick their head through. You'll have to inspect the outside of your house CAREFULLY to find all the holes that mice can get in.

Assuming it's mice, of course.... Make sure it's mice you have. Could be squirrels, in addition to mice.
