Hi John, I just got a call from a friend asking if I could recommend a cleaning company to come in and clean her basement. She has been dealing with eliminating rats and wants someone to come in and give it a good cleaning using vacs with hepa filters, etc. Do you think she should call one of those company's that specialize in that type of clean up or do you think that's going overboard? Do you usually suggest customers employ some sort of cleaning company to come in and clean up the rat droppings, etc. She say's there is no way she is going down there and doing it herself!

Also, just curious, they used mainly traps to catch 6 rats. I told her she should put some rat bait boxes down there in case there are any remaining or if another one gets in one of these days. What do you think?
