Hmmm rats, well that's fairly horrifying. No rats have been spotted, no intrusion into the living space, no overflowing trash cans, it's pretty clean from what I see.

I have no money to get the pad dug up and relaid. Lets suppose it is rats. Is there a 'best' time of day to remove a wall so as to minimize a rat falling out? Will filling up the spaces I mentioned even help?
