Best thing for these is not a spray, it's CAULK! Well, maybe not caulk specifically, but a PHYSICAL barrier to keep them OUT. They're getting in somehow, and once you find that spot(s) you can end the problem.
They like moisture, but if there's too much, they retreat and that usually means inside.
Caulk is the most effective, granular insecticides around the outside is a secondary assist, but you probably won't need it if you find out where they come in.
Don't buy a lot of that granular, it has a shelf life, so it shouldn't be maintained over seasons. It must stay cool and dry.
