You can dust the holes AND spray and some will STILL come back. It's an unending job.

The reason I said insect screening is that it will end the problem for good. And 30 feet up, with a couple of coats of paint and you'll hardly see the screening.

The chemical you use won't matter too much, most of it works the same way. Dusting will help too, but all that is labor intensive and since it doesn't end the problem, I don't like to do it. I like to end the problem without using the chems, if I can.
