I saw a group of bugs on my gutter so I did some research. It looks a lot like the boxelder but this group was tearing apart an insect and all the sites say that the boxelder eats seeds from the boxelder tree. The difference I saw on my bug from the boxelder is that the back had a black dot in the bright red but everything else looked the same.
I have a video of them disecting the pincher bug, if your not sure what bug I have then I can try to get a picture to you. Thanks!
