We just moved into a 7 year old one level home and began seeing American Roaches inside the house. I had seen some in the garage all along but none in the house. When we moved in we did a very through clean before moving our stuff in and there were no signs of any then. We moved from a Western Canada that doesn't have a major roach problem. We have read all the literature we can and want to start baiting but don't know where to start. There is no consistent pattern. We see maybe 5 a week at various locations, but mainly on the tile floor in the living room and master bathroom, but today we found one in my daughters bedroom by her crib, which is very alarming. We have not seen one in the kitchen yet though! Where are they coming from? and where do I place the traps? Any insight would be great. We live in Texas if that helps.
