That's actually pretty common... I have a friend that does house renovations, he finds those in a lot of homes.
They do like moisture, so if you can dry the area out, and keep it dry, that's the best. However, if it's on the north side of the house, they'll probably come back no matter what you do.
Up to you if you want to do something, but if you don't see them on the inside I'm not so sure you need to worry about it.
