The key is to find the SOURCE! If you find some in your kitchen cabinets, you should go thru all the packaged foods in your cabinets. Just because it's unopened doesn't mean there are no bugs inside.

Check CAREFULLY, finding the source is much more important than using any kind of insecticide. Check everything open first, then check the unopened stuff.

Vacuum out those cabinets! Even UNDER the cabinet shelves, the bugs can hide under there.

If you use any insecticide inside your cabinets, remove all cooking and eating utensils. Most insecticides will kill them, but if you don't find the source, they'll be back no matter what you use. And if you find the source and vacuum out the cabinets, you probably won't need the insecticide.
