These are primarily an outside bug, but they do wander inside at times. Keep leaf litter away from the house, seal any cracks around the outside of your house too.

The primary season for these is in the spring, and the females can have as many as 25 or so eggs in the egg case.

Not really an inside pest, for the most part, although they can become so if you let them.
