I have ladybugs in our basement. Not a lot, but I was just googling why they would come in the house and it said that once they have hibernated in your home, they will most likely continue to do this yearly. It also said that they come in through cracks etc. My home isn't even a year old yet- cracks??! I know ladybugs are harmless, but I'd like to avoid they're re-entry next year. The article I read said to leave them alone, don't kill them and let them leave on their own time. You've given priceless information in the past, so I thought I'd get your two cents.
thanks!
