Hi,

I recently moved into a nice studio apartment and I did not ralize that it was infested with rats in the attic until my first night here. When I told my landlord about it he placed rat bait up in the attic and the loud noises stopped. A week later a strong odor and I mean strong started coming from the bathroom wall. I went outside and checked and sure enough there is a hole there. 2 days after the smell maggots started coming in to the bathroom through the bottom of the base boards on 2 walls that are not even connected at all. What do I do? I called an exterminating company and they both said that they couldn't do anything. All they said was for me to use bleach to kill them. The problem is that one of the walls is the backside of the wall in the kitchen and they are going over there too. You see its a studio apartment which means everything is pretty much connected.
