"Fogging" will only kill the flies that have hatched out - it will not kill the larval stage they are coming from, so after the "fog" has settled out a couple of hours later, the flies will return. This will happen until they're all gone, no matter what you do. Don't worry (too much!) about it, they WILL (eventually) go away! This is what happens and there isn't a whole lot that anybody can do about it. You'll see!

I have gone thru this ordeal HUNDREDS of times!
