Hi again. Well, the thrips have not gone away. I took some to the local Cornell Agriculture Ext. and they were positively identified as thrips. They seem to be multplying in numbers and are now taking over my lawn and patio. My "organic" lawn company wants to spray my lawn with Orthene. I have a koi pond, a swimming pool, and two kids. Do you think this is the right thing to do? I value your opinion. Thanks!
