Set up rodent stations around the outside, put them butt-up against the walls, mice use the walls to find their way around, they don't see that well.

You can hide rodent stations (if you don't like the look, by piling stones up around them.

There are no chemicals, that are safe for you and me, that will deter these animals. Do it the right way, go thru my mouse page.
