As far as the spraying for the bugs and grubs, it's really not a viable solution. They'll dig anyway, especially if the soil is soft.

Best is trapping, and even that's not easy. They don't "bait" well, you have to set up the trap in front of the burrow and you'll have better luck if you can funnel them into the trap with a couple of 2x8s that direct them into the trap.

Depending on local laws, you can relocate them or put them down.

Really can be a full-time job if you do it yourself, try and get an experienced pro.
