Hi John-
I just came across your wonderful website-Thanks!! My daughter is selling her 1/2 of a 2 family condo. The neighbors in the other 1/2 have had an old wood pile by their back door for 2-3 years and are not great about throwing stuff away in a timely fashion. Last week, guess who was seen scurrying into the wood pile. Professionals were called in immediately, wood pile and trash are gone, bait boxes are in place. Now the burning question...in the selling of the house, how much information needs to be disclosed to the realtor? I think he needs to be told, as does our daughter. She has fears the house will be earmarked as infested, I think whoever wants to buy it will do an inspection therefore finding the evidence on their own, so better they know ahead of time. Is there any way to know 1. IF the treatment will work and 2. How long it may take? Thanks so much!
