I am a commercial exterminator. I've Had luck treating pipe chase covers with microencapsulated residual. If you purchase a little diatemaceous earth...you can remove pipe chase covers and dust the void where the pipe runs. IE shower head, sink pipe chases, and toilet. They come fromfrom moisture sources. John is correct though. You may still have them, and they are harmless.
