Skip doing anything with the septic system other than getting it pumped out. No (that's NONE) insecticides of any type in a septic system.

"YES" to the Advion gel. An excellent way to control roaches. Don't use OTC spray insecticides (Raid, Black Flag, etc) for control of roaches - they only scatter the ones that survive. And believe me, some Will survive. No bombs either. Baiting will take some time, several weeks, depending on how firmly entrenched they are, but it can eliminate them 100 per cent! Vendetta bait also works well, and you can use them together.
