For the time being, let's forget about the "termites." And yes, your condo assn would normally cover that, the termites come from the GROUND, so they are their responsibility. (unless you live where there are dry wood termites. That would be in a climate that stays warm in the winter.) It also depends on the contract you have signed with the assn also.

So give me some more details on the ants. How long have you lived there? Were they there last year?
