I have had springtails in my master bathroom since the end of June. (In tub, shower and on floor). I live in Md, where of course it is quite humid (but we run AC and do not have windows open). Seeing maybe about a dozen at a time. Then saw a few in our hallway bath (in tub and one or two in sink). I have an exterminator who has poured an enzyme breaker down our drains and sprayed IC3 around baseboards (which doesn't seem to have done anything). I've been pouring vinegar down every drain. Any other ideas for getting them out of the house? I do not think there is a leak anywhere. I am concerned because now I'm seeing some on the floor near our sliding glass door, which is directly below our master bath. We have some breaks in our caulking in the bathroom, but both the exterminator and handyman suggest not fixing those until the problem is resolved (though I think that is how they are coming in the bathroom). I realize they are harmless, but want to be able to use the tub and shower without seeing bugs. Thanks for any advice you can provide!
