Do you have the flies in all the drains?
I had a customer with the same problem 6 or 7 years ago, under a slab. They had to jackhammer through the slab - in her kitchen! It was an unholy mess. I even got her a whole bottle of Gentrol, she would feed it down each of the affected sinks every few weeks. She did this all summer long and finally went with the jackhammer guy.
BTW, do you have a french drain in the basement? I have seen sewer flies in french drains, fixed with Gentrol, but had to use the bottle, not the aerosol.
It worked on all the french drains, and the lady that had to jackhammer hasn't had any problems since. (Although I didn't see her this year as yet.)
If you do have that frnch drain, check it closely, let me know!
