Hi John, thanks for your reply.
But, as I said in my question, these are definitely bites! I don't need to see a dermatologist or allergist as I have a degree in microbiology, immunology and genetics and I guarantee that this is not an allergic reaction. I am also aware that the insects that I found do not cause the type of bites that I have but I wanted to provide as many details as I could. Also, I have not yet thoroughly looked everywhere so these were the only signs found so far.
My question was more along the lines of what should I be looking for that could cause bites like these! And by the way I have not gotten any more since that first night I returned
