Thanks. I'll try anything and everything.
It's been an eerily slow squirrel day here. Warm and windy day. I'd usually be able to walk outside and see a couple scampering about. Nothing, and nothing heard in the attic.
I have two traps set, one on the roof by the entrance (picture), and one behind some shrubs nearby at the base of the house.
Bait? Frozen corn ears with peanut butter, vanilla wafers, and now a kit-kat stick (no reeses handy) in a bowl at the back end of the traps (one door closed). Crunchy natural peanut butter smeared on the trip plates. And a mini vanilla wafer w/pb for chum. Good thing me and squirrels like the same foods.
And a dunk tank in the back yard filled and ready.
