I bought a property knowing there was a small hole in the roof and that a squirrel was in living in the attic. The roofer assured me the critter was out when he repaired the roof a month ago. Today I get a call from my tenant saying he thinks there is something in the attic. Sure enough another softball sized hole has been chewed in the roof at the soffit. I made sure the critter was out and fixed the hole with some flashing. So my question is…..how do I top the little critter from chewing hole #3. I trimmed some branches on a tree beside the house but they still have access from the tree…..I’d hate to have to cut the entire thing down. Thanks in advance.
