Just give it some time. Change things around too, they like to check things out. Stick one of the traps in an open-ended cardboard box - open, disabled and baited. When they take the bait, re-enable the trap. Make the box attractive, drip some hot bacon grease (just drops) on it.

Think like you're out in the boonies and you are starving to death and you HAVE to get those squirrels. :)
