Well, you can bait for the chipmunks. Or you can scoop out the water from the bucket if you use that method, to get the bucket light enough to pick up and carry.

As far as drowning the squirrels, go to Target or WalMart and pick up one of those plastic storage boxes, they have many different sizes, so you can get one that the 1040 trap will fit into. Then you can leave it filled so you can do your chores when you need to. If you get the right size it won't need much water.
