We had an outdoor cat for about 8 of the first 10 years we lived at this house. I used to get so angry when he'd bring me the gift of squirrel parts and leave them in the garage...so gross. He died last year, and the squirrel invaders began.

Is it coincidence, or are cats a good squirrel population control device?
