I recommend the 1040 because it WORKS. It's for grey squirrels, and you need a larger trap than the common 1030. Trust me, I've been doing this (successfully) for over 45 years.

Read everything on my two squirrel pages, including all the popups and the pictures, many of them include text.

After that, you'll see how to do it properly and easily.
