I have seen some info on Web that it is possible to discourage rodents from coming onto roof via power or telephone lines by using an 18" (diameter?) long piece of plastic pipe slit down the side and slipped over the line. Do you think this works, and if so, what kind of plastic pipe and what diameter, how to slit, etc.? Thanks for any thoughts.
