Well, I'm 72 and I do it.... But I have to admit, I don't get around like I used to either!

A good, all-around builder should be able to do that, or an insulation contractor.

But I have to tell you, over the years, I have found the remains of MANY kinds of animals in people's crawl spaces and attics. And thy never knew it.

Last year, I was in a guy's attic and found a dead (just the skeleton) of a full-grown chicken. I could tell because of the feathers.

I asked him how long he had been in the house, he told me 39 years. Said there used to be a chicken farm a couple of miles away, but has been gone most of 30 years.

Funny stuff out there!

---John
