HE WANTS OUT! Do you want the VERY BEST way to REALLY get him out?

Ok, your IP says you're in Boston, correct? If so, it's nighttime now. ALL inside lights should be OFF. That will keep him moving around at the minimum, less damage to things

Then, first thing in the morning, just after first light, open several windows, or a door where you can watch from your car to see when he leaves the house. When he does, go back inside and close up the place.

Leave a cracker, smeared with peanut butter on aseveral window sills where a squirrel will go to try and get outside. Check and make sure than none of the chum is taken, check it every few hours.

That night, leave all the lights ON and check your placements of chum to see if any have been touched. If they have, repeat the process until you know everything is OUT. If the chum has NOT been disturbed, it looks like you have him out.

When all is over with, make sure you have an intact chimney cap and all windows, everywhere, are shut tight. Check all vents in the attic, make sure they are secure.

That should do it.
