Hello, you've helped me in the past w/ a home squirrel issue, trapped and gone! thank you!!
Another problem, we have a summer house, Delaware/Maryland shores, and a wooded lot next to us was cleared to the ground last summer. This Memorial day weekend we noticed 2 chew holes in the undersurface of the house (up on pilons) and visable water/wet/urine marks w/ softening of the material in several spots. We witnessed a large grey squirrel leaving the hole after tapping the ceiling area, and later one entering. The question is, is there a nest inside?, if so when do the young emerge? will they use this all summer? When would be best time to replace and repair? will they return to re-chew if we repair and replace? or should we just try to capture and dispose of them?
Thanks once again
