Those "wascally wabbits" had a mild winter last year, so they are in abundance this year. They are one of those "boom and bust" animals that are affected by a severe winter.

Other than trapping, which is a real pain, there isn't a whole lot you can do. No poisons are good for them as those poisons can affect many of the other non-target animals.

If you really want to trap, the1040 trap is actually a rabbit trap.
