Some of us know the excitement - after hearing them gnaw on the plumbing pipe on the roof for weeks - of hearing that trap door drop on the attic, the scurrying around, and the saying out loud of "I got you, you bastard".
In my excitement of taking my airgun into the attic (legal where I am) I forgot to put some plastic under the cage before hitting it right behind the front leg and it bled onto the wood. How might I get that up? And if I can't for any reason is that now going to have other squirrels stay away and I should replace that floor board?
I have a corn cob feeder outside by the opening they made and every few days I leave it empty and I place one in the back of the attic 1040 trap. I think I have one more up there so when I get him I will place a small painting tarp in the hole and check for activity, as John has pointed out, before closing it.
James Cameron must have had squirrel infestation when he came up with the Terminator movies.
