Hi John,
You helped me with my rat problem a few years ago. A bunch of carcasses and they are gone. I now have a squirrel issue. A few years ago when I was getting the house painted there was a spot under the eave where a squirrel chewed on a trim board. The painter just painted over it. I just noticed that that same spot has been crewed on again and much worse this time. A foot away on the other side it/they have chewed on the facial board. No entry as far as I know, just chewing. Do they leave a sent? For many years they have chewed on the fence plank boards and I have seen them chew then rub their necks on the boards. I would like to do the repair but figure it/they will just chew again. I was thinking of putting poison next to the spot it/they chew. Iím pretty sure I can put the poison were only critters that climb up on the roof will get to it. Donít think too many birds would go back in the crevice. Iím not much on trapping and the wife thinks I will get in trouble if I shoot them. Thought about using tacky paper but figured that would just piss them off. Is poison reasonable?
Thanks
Chewed up
