Thanks for the reply. I agree with your take. Shooting things is never a clean business. But I will still have to dispose of the animal once trapped. A bullet, or pellet in this case, is a bit less personal. Can I put something in the bait that will cause death? Also I will still have the issue of not knowing where the entry point is located. All soffets are intact and no visible signs of entry around the house, yet it (they) are clearly in the structure. Will I be inadvertently starting a new hobby of trapping small rodents from here on out? Thanks again.
