$700 bucks? Did you leave the Mercedes in the driveway?

First do the squirrels, trap them all, put them all down. Then you can decide whether you want to do anything about re-insulating the place. If it's really bad, you might want to.

Wait a few weeks to see if the ants are still a problem, if they are, you can do something then. The squirrels are more important that the CAs.
