Thanks, John. The building engineer installed it for me. He claims he can steam clean it himself but I'm not convinced that is the best route and whether it will sanitize things enough. Don't know much about squirrels and disease their debris can spread if it gets blown into the apartment through the AC. Any particular issues I should be concerned about? The building engineer also claims he can install a stronger cover on the outside AC case. Is there a particular way to do that to make it squirrel-proof?
