It's been quiet for about 6 hours now :) i've been downstairs several times and haven't seen any sign of him (yesterday I would see him all the time because I have a small basement). I've tapped the duct work, shelves, etc. so I think he used the window ramp to go outside. I've left the food in the basement just in case but I think i'm in the clear :) Thank you for your wonderful website and great information!!!
