Probably not, Frank... Not without pulling all those beautiful trees down, and I could never recommend that.

Those are just summertime nests, they don't use those all year 'round. Actually, it's good they have those, at least they're not in the attic!

Just make sure you don't encourage them near the house (watch the trash!) and trap any that are persistent.
