Trap's on the roof, no danger of issues with neighbors. I seem to be getting one per day at this point. I have put out the trap four days running and have got one every day. (Interesting I have noticed lots more birdsong since my trapping began, so maybe the birds are happier now!)

But I don't want to be at this forever, so I was just wondering when I will have at least thinned the population a bit. They make a mess, and the neighbor also has a black walnut tree which, as you know, causes staining.

I am hoping after say 8-10 squirrels I will have at least gotten the ones in the immediate area that have gotten into the crawl spaces. One hole by the eave was sealed last year and I noticed a few weeks ago that a squirrel had chewed right through the wood in almost the exact spot to get back in. Re-sealed.

That's when I started my trapping adventure!!
